Brilliant! Very pleased with this purchase. I can now listen to my laptop etc thru my telecoil hearing aids and don't have the inconvenience of a set of headphones. Top product.

Love this product. I got this as I love to listen to music as well and as my phone is also an mp3 player thought it would be ideal. Pairing was simple and the sound quality is brilliant. I can even leave my phone on my desk and walk across the factory unit and the sound quality is still as good. I've also found that if I just press the on/off button it will automatically play my music without having to touch my phone. The sound when making phone calls is also brilliant and although the unit does not vibrate, if you have your hearing aids set on the T/M setting then you will hear the phone through your hearing aids. The only criticism is the annoying blue flashing light around your neck as it's very visible both to you and everyone else but I've sorted this by putting a bit of black electrical tape over the top of it!!

I have found this very helpful for mobile phone calls. Normally the sound quality is quite good. Sometimes a bit distorted, but as that seems to happen with the same people I suspect the problem is at their end. My only complaint is that I sometimes find it a bit difficult to switch off at the end of the day. But, overall, a very handy piece of kit. Recommended.

I previously had 2 hearing aid branded bluetooth streamers with separate neck loops (same model). They were fine at first but after a while I had constant drop outs, every time I dared to move! My husband must have heard me swearing at it as when he spotted this streamer on a FB ad and came here to check it out he sent me a link and said it may be worth trying. I'm so glad I decided to try one, it's amazing. This one is all one piece so no loss of connection. My calls are clear and I don't have to apologise for disappearing when it drops, my videos are clear, with no drops and it switches seamlessly when I'm using it on my laptop and a phone call comes in. All I have to do is switch my aids to the t-loop setting and I'm away. It pairs in seconds so is super easy to set up. It's quite dinky, looks like a tiny computer mouse and has a blue light that flashes when it's connected. I didn't find that an issue during the day while busy but when watching tv I just covered it with my robe so it didn't distract me. I wish I'd known about it sooner as I'm super thrilled with it, phone calls are a joy once again.

I am delighted with this product. Previous to this I had an Artone neckloop, but the volume was just not loud enough for me. The sound quality on this is loud and clear, excellent! It is also great for music too on my phone. I have an iPhone and can now confidently hear when I make or receive calls now. I am very impressed with this. It is quite chunky, but this isn`t a problem as it gives such a good performance.
