Description

PPS Continuous bell or siren fire alarm trigger - extended range - for use in domestic situations.

The PPS fire alarm trigger unit is used with the external piezo (supplied).

When used with fire alarm systems with a continuous bell or siren the trigger unit should be fixed beside the appropriate bell or siren and the piezo (supplied) placed immediately on or beside the bell or siren.

Trigger units for use with a continuous bell or siren fire alarm system have no low battery beep detection circuitry and have the lower frequency version piezo sensor. They can be identified by a letter C in the fire icon.

The Fire Alarm PTU is supplied complete with external piezo sound sensor and PP3 alkaline battery.

All fire unit triggers are supplied on channel F.
